Resortia Rentals By Owner allows visitors to the area to find wonderful privately owned homes for a weekend getaway or an extended vacation. Our properties are not "rental properties" - our properties are privately owned homes and condos whose owners elect to allow guests to stay in their homes when they're not staying there themselves.
We work directly with second-home owners and large property management companies, as well as resort companies and boutique property management companies, to offer our guests the largest selection of homes in each of our destinations.
Our websites are designed to allow visitors to search and compare their options, and with the assistance of a locally trained Vacation Rental Specialist, to ultimately select the perfect home for their vacation.
Every Rentals By Owner site provides photographs and detailed descriptions of each room, as well as views, features, and amenities to allow our guests to develop a deep understanding of the home in which they will be spending their vacation. We believe in "No Surprises."
Our staff of Vacation Rental Specialists is available to answer questions and assist guests in finding the perfect property for their vacation from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, 365 days per year. Once we have found the right home for our guest, we take care of finalizing the terms and details of the rental agreement with the owner or property management company.
